  • Understand that all sales are made directly between you and the vendor. Churoy facilitates the transaction but is not responsible for the quality or delivery of the products

Churoy uses secure third-party payment gateways to process payments. By making a purchase, you authorize us to process your payment through our payment partners

6. Pricing and Product Listings

Each vendor is responsible for setting the price and description of their products. While Churoy strives to ensure that all product listings are accurate, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of products listed by vendors.
If there is an error in pricing or product information, the vendor reserves the right to cancel your order and notify you of the error.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping terms, delivery times, and charges are determined by each vendor and may vary. Vendors are responsible for shipping the products to the customer.
If you have questions or issues regarding your order’s delivery, you should contact the vendor directly through the Churoy platform.

8. Returns and Refunds

For general guidelines, please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy. Vendors are responsible for managing returns, exchanges, and refunds for their products. If a dispute arises between a customer and a vendor, Churoy may mediate but is not liable for resolving the issue.
